Refund policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for domestic orders. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@artifice.clothing with your order number and reason for the return. Please note, all returns must be approved by our team before sending the item back.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please use this label to send the item back to us.

 

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, you will receive store credit within 2-3 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important:

  • We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds are processed as store credits.

 

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, follow the same process as returns. Simply contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@artifice.clothing to request an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit for future purchases. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your new item will be shipped out or store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days.

 

Damaged or Used Items:

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your return shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund. In this case, our team will contact you to discuss further options.

Return Shipping:

Eligible returns will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please ensure you use this label to avoid any shipping costs on your end.
