Processing time: 

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your receipt. Please make sure to double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as changes or cancellations are not possible after submission. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping timeframes:

• Standard shipping: standard shipping is free and typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
• Express shipping: express shipping is available, if applicable, and can significantly reduce delivery times. The availability and cost of express shipping will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays, and delays may occur during peak seasons.

Order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package's journey until it arrives at your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping restrictions:  

We currently ship within India, but are working to expand internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to p.o. boxes or apo/fpo addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.

Shipping costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders where applicable, while standard rates apply for smaller purchases. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost shipments:

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. While artifice clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist with any inquiries and help resolve the issue as best we can.

Damaged or Incorrect orders:

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Send an email to  support@artifice.clothing with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges:

For returns and exchanges, please refer to our return/exchange policy . Note that during special promotions or sales, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
